Phase 4: Recovery
Step #1: Re-evaluation of the facilities condition.
- This enables us to know what needs to be done in order to leave the facility in the same, or better, conditions for the customer.
Step #2: Update inventory lists on all items.
- Assessing what can be off rented and what can be used on the Next Project allows us to better analyze cost effectiveness and time management.
Note: A common practice on contractors is to finish the job and leave without noticing what they left behind. The logistics Crew will recover the most possible items that are not in use, so we can reduce the cost of Rental and lost damages for the Project.
